noodle
for lunch
*real quick noodle for a lazy day*
1. boil somen noodle then wash with cold running water
2. place noodle in a bowl you'd like to use
3. season with soy sauce + sugar + sesame oil + sesame seeds then mix
4. add whatever ingredients on your hands,
{ i used salted cucumber, fried egg, diced pickled- jalapeno pepper}
if not, just enjoy the noodle itself with soy sauce based dressing!
